‘Youth Leadership in Local Election’ dialogue program was held on April 23, 2017 at Kathmandu. It was Organized by Youth Alliance for Election Campaign (YAEC) . The program was officially inaugurated by Mr. Laxmi Niraula, Team Leader of YAEC (President, Youth Action Nepal). Mr. Lok Raj Awasthi, Deputy Team Leader YAEC (President, 4-H Nepal), make clear about campaign.
Mr. Lekhnath Neupane, Youth Leader of Maoist Center , expressed this dialogue program tailored for ‘Major issues towards the local election. He urged organization / group may be working around specific objectives which can lead to all the youth in the right path.

Nepal Student Union noticed to all, the program is opened to all self-identified youth from organizations and community groups who have a passion/interest in ending the wrong attitudes towards the politics. We are actively seeking youth from a diverse range of ethnicity, backgrounds, experiences and identities. Survivors of any form or sectors of Nepal are encouraged to apply to develop the nation and urged to support for youth.
Gokul Gharti Magar, CPNUML urged all participants to pay attention to the behavioral background and forced to follow carefully for a better understanding of the life. He emphasized that guidelines and it is a tool to help achieving the promotion of integrated relation Management and development of self-realization.

sion chair person, Himal Mahat highlighted that the management of the issues of Youth Alliance for Election and its objectives. He emphasized that the partner-ship between government level and Youth is very important to ensure the seat of the youth in local election.
Likewise, Subodh Raj Pyakurel, Activist, Human Rights focused on youth Leadership in Local Election and dialogue importance and problems of youth people in Nepal. They expressed that only politic is not responsible but youth leadership is the main key to achieve the youth status towards the progressive period.. So, all youth of Nepal have to be serious about the problems and step towards the peace environment for change. 
One day dialogue program was joined by total of 60 participants ( 40 male and 20 female presented accomplished activities, achievements, challenges, and problems and discussions were held on possible action to overcome those challenges and problems on Youth leadership in Local election at Kathmandu. Group discussions, counseling support by authorized people were continued. Management Committee members were supported to conduct the program properly and exchanged experiences and learning between one another. 
Program was continued to sensitize concerned men and women for formulation and implementation of policies and programs on youth leadership. During the period, a total of 60 Participants concerned with organizations also were sensitized on the issues on youth rights. Overall Training was managed properly by management team.
